Jason’s Music Publishing welcomes songwriter Linda Casteñeda to a short term publishing contract. Linda has been writing for years and would like to move forward with her music, offering it to established artists, film and television.

Linda lives in Edgewood, NM with her husband, a disabled veteran. We are helping her to get her music ready for recording as pro demos by creating sheet music and assisting her with copyright and publishing. Her goal is to head into a recording studio later this year and producer her music. Once the initial copyright work is done, she’ll move forward with a full blown production. JMP stand ready to assist her in producing the music and marketing it to artists and media.

Congratulations to Greg Johns for his recent win at the 36th Annual New Mexico Music Awards. Greg took home the trophy for Best Western Song for his signature tune, Rodeo Hippie.

Jason’s Music Publishing co-produced Greg’s album, Now and Then with Greg at Wall of Sound Studios in late 2020 and January of 2021. The album featured Greg’s Semi-Large Band: Kenny Rainey on lead guitar, Scotty Becket on Bass, Amy Blackburn on fiddle and background vocals and John Paul Davis on Dobro. The album was also a finalist in the Best County Album category at the 2023 NMMAs.

Jason’s Music Publishing welcomes Danny T & Stealing Thunder to our stable of artists. Daniel Talache is a Native American rock and blues guitarist from Nambe, New Mexico. We are assisting Daniel with his website and social media marketing.
