Releasing his third album in as many years, John David Peters newest album is available now on all streaming platforms. The latest album was once again co-produced at InCrowd Productions in Albuquerque with New Mexico Music Award winner Ron Crowder who recorded, mixed and mastered the project in addition to his production duties. Released on Peters’ Silver Frog label, the album features the talents of guitarist Claudio Tolusse, bassist Justin Bransford, keyboard wizard Brant Leeper and violinist and string arranger Karina Wilson.

Jason’s Music Publishing assisted with the production and manufacturing of the physical CD, editing artwork and making sure that the project made its way to over 30 streaming services including Apple Music, Spotify, Amazon Music and Pandora.

John David Peters follow up to his award winning album In The Living has all the brilliance of its predecessor. In the Living took home the Norman Petty Producers Award at the 2024 New Mexico Music Awards for co-producers Peters and Ron Crowder.

In the Lasting offers original Americana composed entirely by Peters and once again arranged by Peters and Crowder and features some of the southwest’s top talent including guitarist Dimi DiSanti, Bassist Justin Bransford, vocalists Rachel Montenegro and Kari Simmons and keyboard player Brant Leeper. The album will be showcased in Chicago at the annual Folk Alliance Midwest Region conference.

Jason’s Music Publishing collaborated with Peters’ Silver Frog Music by coordinating the packaging and audio file to create a limited edition CD and distributing the new album to digital music outlets including Spotify, Amazon Music, Apple Music, Pandora, YouTube and over 30 other digital music providers worldwide.

In the Living captures the Norman Petty Producer’s Award at the 2024 New Mexico Music Awards

Co-producers Ron Crowder, John David Peters and Steven Nery took home the prestigious Norman Petty Producer’s Award at the 2024 New Mexico Music Awards for John David Peters’ album In the Living. This is the first collaboration between Peters, Nery and Crowder and recorded by Ron Crowder at his InCrowd Production Studios. Crowder is a multiple NMMA winner and Peters took home Best Song honors in 2019 for his song Don’t Take Me for a Hero.
